Our Privacy Policy

Your file folder will contain your tax return. These are very important documents. Equally important are documents that contain information about your income, allowable deductions, and dependents, as well as other official papers that can affect the amount of money you owe the IRS, or the amount you are entitled to receive as a refund. Keep this folder and its contents intact and in a safe place.

It is generally recommended that you keep tax documents for at least 7 years, although you may choose to keep them longer.

If you filed with us we will give you a copy of your tax returns for up to three years prior when you need them for a fee.

We will examine or amend your returns if you think someone else did them incorrectly and you may possibly get more money back.

We can file prior year returns for up to three years back, for a small filing fee.

Rush and Cancellation/Late Policy

No Rush Policy

We have a strict no rush policy. While this doesn’t mean slow, it does mean that we approach your work thoughtfully. Rushing is known to sacrifice quality, breed errors, and provide little to no room for success. We get very busy and work longer hours during the peak tax season, but we don’t rush through projects because your work is important to us.

This means if you need a tax return prepared in a few days, or a year’s worth of bookkeeping prepared in one week, or want us to put any of your work in front of another client’s work, we won’t be the right accounting firm for you.
